Caregiver Follow Up Packet Outline                                                                                                         (Please obtain permission for use.) Full packets may be purchased.

This is an outline for the packet I developed to give to the families who attended the community program. My client wanted the program to be entertaining but for the caregivers to have information to help overcome concerns they had about their children experiencing future trauma or response to the shootings in April.        I. Letter to the caregiver.                                                                                                                             A.
